Overview
As a quasi-public agency, SERC receives governance and oversight from a volunteer Board of Directors, as appointed by the Governor of the State of Connecticut, Connecticut State Board of Education, the State Commissioner of Education, and other relevant parties.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SERC Board of Directors will hold a virtual Special Meeting of the SERC Board of Directors Finance Committee on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss SERC’s Financial Reporting. This Notice is given by order of Dr. Agnes Quinones, Chairperson, SERC Board of Directors.
