SERC Meeting Rooms

SERC offers two meeting spaces that may be utilized by community organizations or private groups on a first come/first served basis. Space is available for use Tuesday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Conference Room 1 (Room 110) is a 904 square foot meeting space, equipped with movable 2-seat tables and chairs. It can be reconfigured to a variety of seating arrangements and can be used by up to 45 people at once. Conference Room 2 (Room 109) is a 376 square foot meeting space, equipped with 3 round tables that seat up to 6 people each. It can accommodate up to 18 people at once.

The fee for the use of each space is $50 per hour, plus an additional $75 insurance fee (insurance may be waived if the renter provides their own certificate of insurance). Payment must be via check or money order.
