The State Education Resource Center (SERC) is seeking submission of written proposals, on a competitive basis, from qualified outside counsel to provide support on legal matters including, but not limited to, labor and employment, contracts, and litigation. SERC is a Connecticut quasi-public agency that provides professional learning and related support to schools and school districts in a variety of content areas. SERC also maintains the SERC Library which is a resource for educators, university students and families. Interested parties are invited to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and submit responses as outlined in the RFP. All proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August, 18, 2017.
