SERC and CT PIRC are delighted to be working together with our partners to provide oversight on all program monitoring, reporting, and training/technical assistance functions necessary to ensure the grantee’s model program meets the goals of the Parent Leadership Training Grant: (1) to train parents in civic leadership skills; and (2) to support, increase, and sustain parental engagement in community affairs (PA 10-111, July 1, 2010).
